The food is consistently good! Pin Kaow might not be the best Thai restaurant in town, but it’s good, and probably the closest one to where we live.
We’ve been going here for awhile now, and have liked every dish we’ve had. The restaurant is a decent size, clean, and well maintained. The service is always prompt and friendly. One of the dishes I usually get is the Pad See Ew, which is one of my favorite noodle dishes. The Thai BBQ Chicken is also quite good, as are the soups. The last time we went I ordered the Spicy Eggplant with Chicken pictured here. Since you have the option of spice levels, I ordered mine “mild”, or at least as mild as a “Spicy Eggplant” dish can be. Adam opted for the Red Curry, and ordered his at a “medium” spice level, which I believe was a 4? Anyway, I think there was a bit of a mix up, as his curry was deplete of any spice, and mine was bordering on nuclear for me! But I sweated through it because the underlying flavor was good! Despite this mix up, we will continue to go to Pin Kaow, especially when we’re too lazy or tired to drive out to Lotus of Siam or Archi’s.
