Orchids Garden

I’d been meaning to try Orchids Garden’s dim sum for quite awhile, and after doing some car shopping recently, we stopped in for dinner. It was a quiet night, and the carts seemed to come out one at a time, if that. We weren’t starving, though, so it wasn’t a big deal. We ordered char shiu baos, shu mai, Chinese broccoli, and my favorite, sesame balls! These were actually shaped more like footballs, but were quite good; chewy, sweet, and not overly greasy.

Everything was pretty fresh, although a few of the items weren’t as hot as I would have liked. Good dim sum, but not quite as good as Chang’s, in my opinion.
