On the way back to the airport, we stopped at Humphrey Slocombe’s for some ice cream. They have some interesting flavor choices! I wanted to taste a few, but after sampling the salt and pepper, I was a bit put off (for some reason the combination just didn’t work for me) and opted for the Vietnamese Coffee ice cream, which was good… but I wish it had a little less coffee grinds in it. I was still feeling coffee stuck in my teeth on the plane ride home! Amy chose a bit more wisely, and went with the fudgesicle ice cream, which was really good! Extremely chocolatey, gooey, and quite delicious. Next time I’m getting that one, or trying something else (other than the salt and pepper)…
