No, I don’t understand the deal with the weird name. But who cares? This place has some of the best Chinese food in Vegas! Just about everything we’ve tried here has been spot on. The food and atmosphere are quite ‘authentic Chinese’. The service is usually pretty prompt, although the last time we went was the final day of CES, and it literally took 20 minutes between dishes… which of course should have all come out at the same time. No worries, though, we treated it as though we were at an upscale restaurant having a multi course meal!

Some favorites include the Gobo Beef, shown above, the Three Mushroom dish, and Ma Po Tofu. The Night Market Fried Rice is also exceptional; it’s made with beef, chili, sprouts and tomatoes, although we usually order it without the chili because the dish can be SPICY. They have dim sum daily from 10AM-3PM, which is quite good!
