Don't get me wrong... this certainly wasn't the best Mediterranean or Middle Eastern (still not sure which it really is) restaurant. But I thought the food I had was pretty good. Have you ever been to Royal Persis? Their food is pretty good, and probably the best Persian restaurant I've been to in Vegas so far.

Btw, I've tried both the UNLV location and the Summerlin location... And neither one really turned me on. But perhaps if you had a better experience recently at UNLV, I'll have to stop there for lunch some time and perhaps give them another chance.

It looks like you're willing to be more forgiving than I. The falafel had no spice, the dolmas were stale, and the baba ganosh was just too gummy for me. For whatever reason, Las Vegas doesn't have very many good Middle Eastern restaurants (just like our "curse of the bad Mexican food")... But Crazy Pita at The District at GVR is one of those few exceptions that IMHO serves fantastic, authentic, and VERY tasty Middle Eastern fare.
